1. Booking Cancellations
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (if the travel date is at least 7 days away) are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled travel date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the terms of the travel package.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or “last-minute bookings” may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Refund eligibility may also depend on our travel partners’ terms (hotels, airlines, tour operators), which are beyond our control.
2. Refund Process
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
- Bank or credit card processing times may vary and are not within our control.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Customized or tailor-made packages
- Visa assistance services
- Insurance or third-party add-ons
- Processing and administrative fees
4. Modifications to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking, such as change travel dates or package details:
- Please contact our support team at info@travelnest.store at least 72 hours in advance.
- Modification requests are subject to availability and partner policies.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the change.
5. No-Shows & Missed Departures
Failure to appear at the scheduled time or location without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will do our best to provide alternative solutions, credits, or partial refunds where possible. However, full refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
